rant.. rant.. (stay tuned..)

wish to rant, but hate to say tat don't have proper time to sit down n organise my mind.
should make it a higher priority tis coming christmas holiday to spend sometime fulfiling the 'longing' of writing whatever feel like (n argh.. couple of other things as well apart from writing, told u, am growing old, snail pace movement. mmm.. considering a brain surgery at the moment, so could be a super-brainy chick who can master to do many stuffs at once, bingo).

body's wrapped in pain, been suffering from tis terrible hips 'strike' for couple of days now, must have been made worse by the exercises during weekend (centennial park's walk on sat n swimming on sun) but thought the pain did actually trigger the eagerness to exercise (hmn..confused)

also, coming month is the health check-up month for the year, so, param-pam-pam.. ready to be surprised, should take it easy

encounters

a week ago, met a few familiar faces on a single way home from wynyard station and was actually dragged along another hour before finally reaching home. firstly, ran into two uni-mates on different occasions, then the optician that i visit usually, then mr. n mrs. dharmadji (she didn't appear as jumpy, people change).

akHH, wierd dream

ok, here it goes:

rarely have dreams, but last nite's was a wierd one suddenly (perhaps should check local newspaper for an enquiry toward a clairvoyant, smell like sensitive new-age guy's stuff).

was having fun with family (oh yea, only seconds glimpse before the horrific turning point). we're just finished off visiting let's say an equal of movie world in sunshine state (apart from no idea where tis was happening exactly, somewhere in a far-far-away land out tis planet earth). on the way back, met our ex-housemaid, who got sacked by mom (no idea where tis notion came from as well, bec mom didn't like her, remember tis is only a dream). and so, pay back time for her! long hair with thick 5 cms long straight beard centralised under her chin made her the more gremlin look than she was previously while still working for us. the chase begun, n everyone's running to their best personal records, apart from me who was the only one left behind (why me!), made me a soft target toward the ugly monster. and alas, realized that was actually running along a different set of sibling (n who r they anyway!! give me back my family!). after a while, i changed direction instead of running forward, but disaster, reached a near end! and she (huAA) GRAB MEE.. NOOooo.. W.A.K.E. M.E. U.P.!!! (can imagine her face-from-hell look still). in a matter of seconds, was awaken from my unconscious state, and my body starting from the lower abs till the end of my toes shivered!

wierd.. can only felt asleep again an hour later!

n yuks, it brought back a memory of real life experience, skip, skip, not for public enjoyment!

Self-Awareness

Come to Me . . . —Matthew 11:28

God intends for us to live a well-rounded life in Christ Jesus, but there are times when that life is attacked from the outside. Then we tend to fall back into self-examination, a habit that we thought was gone. Self-awareness is the first thing that will upset the completeness of our life in God, and self-awareness continually produces a sense of struggling and turmoil in our lives. Self-awareness is not sin, and it can be produced by nervous emotions or by suddenly being dropped into a totally new set of circumstances. Yet it is never God’s will that we should be anything less than absolutely complete in Him. Anything that disturbs our rest in Him must be rectified at once, and it is not rectified by being ignored but only by coming to Jesus Christ. If we will come to Him, asking Him to produce Christ-awareness in us, He will always do it, until we fully learn to abide in Him.

Never allow anything that divides or destroys the oneness of your life with Christ to remain in your life without facing it. Beware of allowing the influence of your friends or your circumstances to divide your life. This only serves to sap your strength and slow your spiritual growth. Beware of anything that can split your oneness with Him, causing you to see yourself as separate from Him. Nothing is as important as staying right spiritually. And the only solution is a very simple one—"Come to Me . . . ." The intellectual, moral, and spiritual depth of our reality as a person is tested and measured by these words. Yet in every detail of our lives where we are found not to be real, we would rather dispute the findings than come to Jesus.

sis is back, finally after 3 weeks off overseas, (what do i get? what do i get?). remind me of christmas season, when people all of the sudden feel the urge to shop for more, without excuse, it's a season that calls for a celebration! being politically correct. and so be it, a compilation of my wishlist for this christmas (not begging toward anyone):

1. a cool minimalised FM radio player (so can listen to more talkbacks, songs, or news, cheap way to self-re-educate lazy brain-cells, heard that brain-cells are worn out and dying if not properly stimulated, which could lead to dimensia later on, and can minimise the effect of comp radiation as well, as in spending less minutes surfing the SMH, since can listen while commuting to work) OR
2. PDA (comes complete with a cool FM radio player) OR
3. an ipod (too bad it doesn't come with a cool FM radio player, too expensive as well) OR
4. none of the above.

remember telling you needing some exercises, or else, this working 'regime' will cut short my remaining days on earth. the sunrise programme gives an idea when it was introducing Heart Foundation's Jump Rope for Heart couple of days ago. or this routinetics might sound like a cool term, apart from being not that all appealing. walking may remain a favourite workout. for variation, perhaps can try to work out own style for pilates, with the help of some juicy ideas from internet resources.

been busy at work. welcome to the mad mad world of slavery (when you have a career, as in working for others, you r actually selling yourself n time to be a slave for your employer, according to alastair =)

on the watch

watch out..

"One, he is too liberal, well to the left of the American mainstream on the critical social and cultural issues such as abortion, gay rights and gun control."

"John Kerry is no Bill Clinton. There is very little warmth there, and people didn't warm to him. A moderate Democratic candidate with personal warmth would have defeated George W Bush easily."

interesting heh.. however we thought the world has changed toward adopting liberal values, there are just still an amount of people who are perhaps just too scared of the values being pushed for legislation if endorsed by certain party. accused me for being a conservative, but i'm (not quite sure what i'm talking about, too late).

into the lion's den

and oh, is this one just a simply exercise of blind faith, plain stupid or pyschotic?!? (both of the later, i guess)

well, at least this pic is invalid to represent the way kerry is being ambushed by bush.

ripped off!

checked my citibank account, and sigh (as usual), got charged dearly for transacting via the Internet, what the?!? am closing it down, so not worthed, little interest earn - tho rate is high, but since only little amount of saving =) - just for paying off high transactions fees. surely, they won't regret losing a small fish like me, but there are better options than this.

waitt..

25 mins later than usual time get in to office today! (and haven't had my breakfast, and had to travel from sis' place! and off-course u know how wrong the traffic from north could be during peak hours! fine, fine, admit tis is too much). but surely it's a violation toward my order-lity, tho office hours are flexible, sadly, the consequent also means that i have to leave later as well today (= which's not what i want! let's hope no one in office knows of the existence of tis blog). no kidding, but it's such a burden if you inherently have inside you the so-called order-lity gene (can anyone else gets it anymore wrong here, fine, forget about this, it's simply a say that some of God's creations are defective! oh btw, if you'd like to try losing weight, try doing things in order, n test your frustation level against it, prove for yourself whether this formulae is suitable for your work out, who knows). can't wait for the weekend, this air of familiarity (working 9to5) is suffocating tis week (note: i like my job in general). am growing old, need some exercises, will do the coastal walk on sat, hopefully the open air sculptures exhibitions is still on.

whoops, almost forgot to tell ya the reason for being late, (can see tis is another internal problem that i suffer: a simply-getting-no-where-wildly-branching mind that often landing me into problem of getting lost in what i'm trying to say. hA! so it's not their faults when people don't get what i'm trying to say sometimes, scary!) oh yeah, again, was late because i woke up too late (too enjoying), not realizing that it's that late, didn't set my mobile alarm, think that can usually depend on my internal body clock to wake me up at exactly 6 am (EXACTLY on figures 6 and 12, liar, liar) in the morning every day (provided sleeping at my own bed, how annoying!) can see how mundane a reason to tell, no excitement at all, better not wasting your effort in reading another paragraph just to understain one main point of it, hahha, sorry, my apology =)
