Yesterday was a day of dedication to look after my physical being (should have commemorated it every year). So, more graceful today having nourished myself with healthy diets & rest, tho still some reddish spots (itchy ones, scary, thought was invaded by chicken pox, altho only scarce, luckily not) leftover from yesterday’s state of un-well-being-ness. Wonder what they are (mustn’t be stress knots, am not stressed out at the moment, as in packed schedules, but ‘stress’ bit having no permanent job yet, perhaps).
Can’t imagine if invaded by chix-pox during summer like this. No bath + hot summer air + high temp. fever = disaster!! (real chicken charcoal), yum stuffs.
Yesterday’s healthy diets consisted of:
1 pack of Sanitarium Up&Go.
½ bunch of spinach as lunch dish (fried with prawns, tho only 2 hahha).
? catering leftover (red meat).
1 Orange (citrus type fruit prevent from cancer, so will eat as often in future).
1 banana (before collapsing into bed at night, for digestion.. hmn.. actually stomach sung that familiar ‘whale’ anthem again calling for S.O.S).
5 bottles of 600 ml water (getting sick of more n more frequent toilet time).
1 tablet of Vit. B Complexs (not used of taking supplement like this, always fear of long term side-effect, so, won’t continue again once this 1st bottle finishes).
2 * 3 tablets of YinChiao (to kiss good-bye flu & fever).
Abstract rest could be elaborated as:
08.40 am – woke up (yawnyawn), usually wake at 7.30 am (uni session - distraction of unfinished asg) due to am a light sleeper, then followed with QT.
09.20 am – flip flap-ing tv remote control:
Kid show?? – highlight was the Spanish’s Flamenco dance, involving hands clapping or hand raised above all over the air, and harmonized feet ‘stampeding’, like that of tap dancin’. cool.
Dawson’s Creek – don’t usually watch it, ppl think it’s COOL (?!?), hardly follow it, perhaps not a teenager anymore.
Oprah again – this time with Sting (why celeb lately), when asked about spirituality, said his ‘true religion’ was music & 53* (sex), scary, with his definition of ‘religion’ as ‘connecting to the world’.. boring #1.. (don’t intend to generalize, celebs tend to say weird things like that, made up as it appears that they worship the created things rather than the creator Himself). Perhaps the word ‘spirituality’ is ambiguous now depending on its usage, who is using it and what their needs are..
Huey’s Cooking Adventure – not that interested, still full, loving Jamie’s show bit more (winning the 2003 best Real Observational TV show that doesn’t involve competition, acc to ??).
can’t stand hot weather, take a walk around often (i mean inside the squared flat).
etc, etc – too many details can make you sick & vomit, don’t want to be sued for reading my blog.
…
08.15 pm – the (Sydney) mag time, lots of interesting stuffs bout Sydney (watch out for it every last week’s Wed of each month perhaps, buy the SHM and get the glossy mag for free).
Some highlights (acc to (Sydney) mag):
Bob Carr – Syd Man of the Year (NSW Premier).
Lucy Turnbull – Syd Woman of the Year (Syd Major), the originator of the theme: 2003 City of Light for Syd’s NYE celeb. Wonder if she’s a feminist =)
John Howard – Bore of the Year. no comment. boring #2.
St. Mary’s Cathedral – Best Church (perhaps the building? cause readers may misjudge if judging based on church attendees??).
10.00 pm – can’t sleep, so listened to R.C. Sproul’s “Providence of God” (CD player sucks, the buzz buzz sound led to often fast forward, so, didn’t get the message well).
11.30 pm – slept unconsciously tho gracefully in the midst of FM 103.2 MHz (got a new radio from i-win (flatmate), Orange-fair’s promotion stuff, treat as Christmas pressie).
